Field Evaluations

AVAILABLE: Three weeks prior to due date.

SEND TO: Ministry Mentor and five Field Evaluators a personalized link.

Step 1: Students should go here: http://www.dts.edu/departments/academic/eml/internships/evaluations/

Step 2: Select the Field Evaluation button to get your code. If you are not logged in into CampusNet, you will prompted to do so. 

Step 3: Copy & email your personalized link with a due date of March 15 (but we strongly suggest you tell them one week before). When anyone uses your link, it will auto-populate your name and email. Feel free to try it out.

Please tell your Field Evaluators this will take 30-45 minute and address your spiritual walk, your leadership abilities, and your communication skills. Please ensure they know the observation must be completed in one session. If they leave the session at any point, they must start over. 

Step 4: After someone completes an assessment (presses submit), you (as the student) will receive a confirmation email for each submission and each Field Evaluator will receive a copy of that email as well. Save each of these evaluations because you will use them to prepare for your Exit Interview.

IMPORTANT: Points will be deducted for missing Field Evaluations. It is your responsibility to make sure all of these get in by the due date. There are no exceptions to this due date.
